Total incompetence. Had a package mailed last Monday 4/27 from calif. Today is Saturday 5/2 and not only have every text update been incorrect but conflicting from previous ones too! Filled a complaint and they said it'll take a week to process it. These were at one time live plants. Now they're toast. I'm furious at these folks, yet no one is ever fired for incompetence. Amazon gets items from all over the world in days yet the post office can't get it across country. One package from PA to NY took over a week. This one is calif to PA. Use fed ex or ups going forward, let these people either on the vine.

Cheap service i order the sample on 15 september 2022 from USA i pay fast delivery charges butt i can not delivered my sample now so all of you guyz please i suggest use fedex service this is the most best and wonderfull service thank you

Why are y'all holding on to my package since Friday 7/15 today is 7/19 still no package ?????? Why y'all hold my package isn't it a federal crime to steal mail so why you steal my mail ??????
