14 days have passed since my return and the package is listed in the same place for 10 days lousy service

Overnite package still hasn’t arrived!

Terrible tracking service. Have to wonder what happened to UPS. Used to be a great company with great service....those days are gone.

Terrible bunch. I sent a parcel from nigeria to UK 5th and it’s 19th of September yet nothing. After paying a lot of money what rubbish.

Used to be good delivery company but in the last years has been become truly shocking. Another parcel that was coming from US (taking already a month!) was ‘delivered’ by UPS to a local shop instead of home as specified on purchase order, no slip, no info provided, no updates on app/email/phone. Called numerous times their Cust Services, completely useless. Cannot neither track the package nor refund the money. 6 weeks on still waiting. I wish there was an option not to use them when buying stuff from retailers!

Absolutely shocking the app doesn't update or give you any information at all, it's crap all of it. Shocking service and still waiting.

What a joke, nothing but advertising, never update the info on my item, Just said on the way but wait for over a week ,still no size of anythibg

Was suppose to be a overnight package never recieved IT. Still waiting for IT after we paid for overnight. Unbeliveable

Aug 24 2020 at 12pm I sent off a return package which was due by certain time frame to receivemy refund..Here it is September 6th and the company Still hasn't received it. Guess what I'm just out of luck..UPS does NOT take responsibility at all

Ups absolutely terrible couriers everything went wrong no stars

Terrible service lost package again. No one could tell me where package was until after 1:00pm even though it was supposed to deliver by 10:30 am guaranteed. Finally found out it went Arkansas instead of Alabama. Still don’t know when I will get it. Won’t use UPS again
