  • Used to be good delivery company but in the last years has been become truly shocking. Another parcel that was coming from US (taking already a month!) was ‘delivered’ by UPS to a local shop instead of home as specified on purchase order, no slip, no info provided, no updates on app/email/phone. Called numerous times their Cust Services, completely useless. Cannot neither track the package nor refund the money. 6 weeks on still waiting. I wish there was an option not to use them when buying stuff from retailers!

  • Aug 24 2020 at 12pm I sent off a return package which was due by certain time frame to receivemy refund..Here it is September 6th and the company Still hasn't received it. Guess what I'm just out of luck..UPS does NOT take responsibility at all

  • Terrible service lost package again. No one could tell me where package was until after 1:00pm even though it was supposed to deliver by 10:30 am guaranteed. Finally found out it went Arkansas instead of Alabama. Still don’t know when I will get it. Won’t use UPS again
