Avoid very poor customer service

My parcel was mis sent to Taunton instead of burnham on sea and there is no sign off it and no further tracking. Appaling

I paid £7 for next day guaranteed delivery last Thursday and it is now in a sorting office in gosforth. How does that work. Very important mortgage documentation there. Not happy

worst service ever. Multiple parcels sat for a month before leaving the country.

Put package into Waterlooville 9th May. Now 28th and tracking shows it has not left Waterlooville. Package contained items for dad in care home. He has run out of toiletries. He survived Coronavirus in April/May. Shame on Post Office. I paid first class tracked postage. Service non existent. Nobody there wants to know. Shame on you.

A package was supposed to be here on the 6th of April , it is now the 20th of April, the teacking info has not updated since the 9th of April. It's unbelivable!
