Not getting any information

There is no one to pick your call to help you or guide you if you have any queries or if your parcel is stuck, and we wanted to understand the process to get our parcel reaching the destination. To promote Indian Post, people should work with loyalty to make a difference. Currently, I tried calling every number present on the Indian Post site (i.e. around 30 different numbers ), but no one answered such a shame. So I sent an email to the Technology team to fix the issue on the website to register their complaint. No response yet.

Very poor service all the lazy people which is not deserve for such a deserving work are recruited and established india Post the employee just waiting for their salary not doing a single good job whole intier country knows what indiapost is semless people are working on such a deserving posts office

Never had a delivery on time with these guys,so slow,never ever eairly,they dont answer customer parcel inquiries. Would not depend on them if item is urgent

it really unbelievable .i have been waiting for 2 weeks now and nothing is happening. my parcel still in transit for about a week now.

Very bad service...parcel dropped at post office on Saturday only picked up from actonville post office on thursday...don't even deserve 1 star

Bad bad bad delivery company... Not even answering the phone. 3 days scheduled and not received... What is that?
