Can’t contact DPD to arrange redelivery of medical supplies. Very poor show. 1out of 5

No notice of time for delivery on the day due. Now told it will be tomorrow but again no time given.

Are these people ever on time? I’d be really interested to know.

Absolutely rubbish. Delivery was meant to go to a company open all day until 7. DPD sent a photo of an OPEN gate stating no one was there! So the driver took the photo from the van because he did not want to walk down a few steps into the building where there was lots of people!
