Can’t contact DPD to arrange redelivery of medical supplies. Very poor show. 1out of 5

No notice of time for delivery on the day due. Now told it will be tomorrow but again no time given.

Are these people ever on time? I’d be really interested to know.

Absolutely rubbish. Delivery was meant to go to a company open all day until 7. DPD sent a photo of an OPEN gate stating no one was there! So the driver took the photo from the van because he did not want to walk down a few steps into the building where there was lots of people!

Never delivered! This happens all the time!!

Delivered to wrong house (and don't seem to know where they did deliver it), failed to return calls, parcel has apparently disappeared.

Very bad service ...it's take to much time . Never trust

I really don’t know what l was on when l used this dubious company. They collected my suitcase from Halifax to deliver at Nottingham the following day . 3 days later l am still getting different versions of why my parcel has not been delivered.At one time l was told that it is at a depot, when l offered to go and pick it up thus when l was told that they are trying to locate it. The staff is rude and some have told me these things happen. Please help if you read this review, l need my property back, Disappointed customer, l hope this company is not a scam

Been waiting in all day says it was delivered 10.35am not so.after reading all the bad reviews.will be in touch with Amazon and ebay not to use your services.the management should all be sacked and most of the drivers.not good enough

Never had problems. Drivers always very nice :))

DPD seem to have lost my Amazon parcel. Very unhappy. One star is too much.

Great service always on time driver is very polite and I can honestly say the service is the best out there
