I have had great service from DHL and have never needed to contact them with a problem until now.. I set up a 3 parcel pick up in UK to be delivered to USA but I put in the wrong pick up date as 2nd August 2022 instead of August 3rd. Impossible to reschedule-had to resubmit everything and have paid twice over. Impossible to reach anybody by phone - all numbers unreachable - an absolute nightmare. To deal online, they require a 10 digit shipping number and the UK shipment numbers which are 14 digit cannot be used for identification purposes. I followed their Whatsapp instructions. Another dead end. What a nightmare. Hours wasted and close to GBP 400 paid twice. I could not be more upset with them for their lack of availability, ,

Shipping takes way to long.

They don't delivery the parcel. Husband not at home. But wife couldn't get that. We not receive the parcel.

Terrible customer service. After 45 days my international package wasn’t delivered despite all documents being sent. Never use again !

I paid for express shipping for my son's part for his car to be here Wednesday or Thursday and here it is Saturday and all the tracking is saying that it's in transit. Worst service ever. If I could rate a zero, I would.

Package was suppose to be delivered on 6/21/22.. as of today 6/25/22 NOTHING!!! My sons birthday is Tues, this was part of his gift.. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO THIS AGAIN!! Terrible!!!!! Everytime I check tracking it says transit

PATHETIC Delivery window 10am to 9pm with no possibility of getting through to customer service. Wasted an ENTIRE DAY. Notice said signature required, though the guy eventually just left it at front door after 8pm.
